Privacy policy

1. Overview

This privacy policy describes how Jubilee Party Rentals (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit this website or send a booking or contact form. Replace this text with the policy approved by your counsel before launch.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: name, email, phone number, event date, event type, guest count, delivery address, the equipment or package you want, surface type and any notes. Information collected automatically: pages viewed, device type, browser, referring URL and a coarse location derived from your IP address. We do not collect payment-card numbers on this website — deposits are handled through a separate invoice.

3. How we use information

We use it to reply to requests, prepare quotes, schedule delivery, improve the website and keep it secure. We may use your email to send a confirmation or a follow-up about a booked date. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Sharing

We share information with the service providers who host this website, send email and process invoices, and only as needed to do that work. We may share information if required by law or to protect the safety of a delivery crew or a guest.

5. Retention

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the rental and for ordinary bookkeeping, then deleted or archived. Form submissions you ask us to erase will be removed from active systems within 30 days, except where we must keep a record.

6. Your choices

You may email hello@jubileepartyrentals.com to access, correct or delete the information we hold, or to ask us to stop using it for follow-up. You may also call (919) 555-0142.

7. Children

This website is for adults booking events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the website changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision.
