How it works

The boring parts, written down.

Delivery windows, deposits, weather and the rules that keep a Saturday from going sideways.

How it works

Four steps. Zero chaos.

We are a small crew who like a tight plan. You pick the fun. We handle the truck, the stakes and the teardown.

  1. 01

    Pick

Browse equipment or grab a package. Every card has a real price, size and power note so there are no surprises.

  2. 02

    Book

Send the date, the address and what you want. We confirm availability the same day — usually within two hours on weekdays.

  3. 03

    We deliver & set up

A two-person crew arrives in the window you chose, stakes the tent, inflates the castle and tests the popcorn kettle.

  4. 04

    We tear down

After the last slice of cake we pack it all, sanitize every inflatable and leave the yard the way we found it.

Delivery & setup

A window, not a maybe.

We book two-hour arrival windows. You pick 8–10, 10–12 or 12–2. Tear-down is a two-hour window after the event.

Delivery is included inside 40 miles of the Garner warehouse. Outside that, we quote mileage before we confirm. A two-person crew stakes tents, inflates castles, hangs lights and pops the first kettle of corn. We do not leave a pile on the driveway unless you asked for pickup items.

  • Weekday windows start at 8:00 AM
  • Sunday teardown by appointment
  • HOA certificates emailed the same day

Deposits & cancellation

25% holds the date. The rest is due that week.

A card or an invoice. We send the remaining balance seven days out.

Cancel 14 or more days before the event and the deposit comes back as a credit for a later date. Inside 14 days the deposit is kept unless we rebook the slot — then we refund it. Weather cancellations follow the weather policy, not this one.

  • Deposit invoices go out with the written quote
  • Damage beyond ordinary wear is billed at repair cost
  • We never run a card “just in case”

Weather

Tents stay. Inflatables do not fly in a storm.

We call by 7:00 AM if the day looks unsafe. You choose: reschedule, credit or cancel.

Inflatables, cotton candy and the photo booth do not operate in rain or sustained wind over 25 mph. Frame tents stay, with extra stakes and the side walls down. If we cancel for weather, the deposit becomes a credit good for twelve months, or we refund it if you prefer.

Safety rules

Shoes off. No food in the castle. An adult in sight.

The rules that keep a Saturday from becoming a story we do not want to tell.

Every inflatable is sanitized after every event and inspected before it leaves Garner. We need a dedicated outlet, a flat pad and a responsible adult who is not also grilling. Capacity stickers are on the castle — they are not suggestions. We carry general liability and will email a certificate to an HOA, church or park the same day you ask.

FAQ

The questions we get before every Saturday.

If your question is not here, call. We would rather talk for two minutes than guess on the invoice.

How far in advance should I book?

Spring and fall Saturdays: four to six weeks. July birthdays and October weddings go faster. Weekdays can often be confirmed in a few days.

Do you stay for the party?

We set up, we leave, we come back. An attendant is available for inflatables at churches and parks that require one — ask when you book.

What if it rains?

Tents stay. Inflatables and cotton candy do not run in rain or high wind. We call by 7:00 AM with a reschedule, a credit or a cancel — your choice, no lecture.

Can I pick up instead of delivery?

Tables, chairs, linens and games, yes — Garner warehouse, a truck or van, and a 30-minute window. Inflatables and the 20×40 always ride with us.

What about power?

Most inflatables want a dedicated 20-amp outdoor outlet within 50 feet. We carry a quiet generator for an extra $45 when the yard is stubborn.

Do you rent to apartments or HOAs?

Yes, with written permission. We will email a certificate of insurance to the office the same day you send the contact.
